Points System
Fantasy Cricket Points System — How Scoring Works on LuckX Sports
Every run, wicket, catch, and captain multiplier has a specific point value. Know the scoring before you pick your team.
Batting Points
- 1 point per run scored
- 1 point per boundary bonus (4s)
- 2 points per six hit
- 8 points for half-century (50 runs)
- 16 points for century (100 runs)
- -2 points for duck (0 runs, batsmen only)
Bowling Points
- 25 points per wicket taken
- 8 points bonus for 3-wicket haul
- 16 points bonus for 5-wicket haul
- 1 point per dot ball bowled
- Economy bonus: under 5 runs per over = +3 points
Fielding Points
- 8 points per catch
- 12 points per stumping
- 6 points per run-out (direct hit)
- 3 points per run-out (throw)
Captain & Vice-Captain Multipliers
- Captain: 2x multiplier on all points
- Vice-Captain: 1.5x multiplier on all points
- All other players: 1x (no multiplier)
Example: If your captain scores 60 runs and takes 1 wicket, they earn (60 + 25) × 2 = 170 points instead of 85.
Duck penalty and why C/VC dominate rank
A batter duck is a small negative; a captain duck is twice that pain. Bowling wickets at +25 can still rescue a lineup, which is why all-rounders are useful vice-captain names.
Read the scoring table on this page, then open the contest note in the app. Do not assume ODI extras apply to a T20 room.
Format extras are not interchangeable
T20 strike-rate and economy rows bite harder than ODI rows. A Test double-century bonus will not appear in an IPL room. Always open the contest scoring note — this page is the map, not a promise that every room uses every extra.
If you are new, ignore the long bonus list for one match and watch a single innings. You will see why wickets at +25 and captain 2x dominate conversation, and why a sixth batter facing four balls does not.
